Why isn't there a fixed price?
Because Delivery is real work inside a real business, and pinning a single number to it before I understand yours wouldn't be honest. We scope it together.
How is this different from Direction?
Direction gives you the plan for you and your team to implement. Delivery is me helping you make it happen, month after month.
What's the commitment?
A minimum of three to six months, so there's time to do real work. On a rolling contract, notice is two months. Project work for a set period can also be agreed.
When could we start?
I'm usually booked around three months ahead, so it's worth talking early. I'll be straight with you about what I can take on and when.
Do we start here?
Some do. Most have had a Diagnosis, a Deep Dive or Direction first, so we both already know the business. Either works.
